I have already left a poor review with the apartment complex, Falcon Park, but after reading a review on here I am relieved I am not alone in saying that the regional manager Todd lacks any form of human decency or compassion, not to mention his actions towards customers is borderline illegal. He was willing to put a service member out on the streets due to an alleged noise complaint filed with no evidence to support it. I encourage anyone reading this review in a similar situation to hold this man, this company accountable for their actions. I have filed a complaint with the BBB against this corporation to which they did not respond to, I encourage anyone getting nowhere to start there. I will not rest until the military has this corporation blacklisted to service members. These people do

Their regional manager Todd humiliated me in front of my kids. He told me he needed to come into my home for an inspection. Then he went around and walked into the shower room while my daughter was in there about to bathe a puppy. Then he pulled out his phone and started taking pictures of the dogs in the apartment, but my daughter was holding one of those dogs and he took pictures of the dog and my daughter holding her. I do not agree with a stranger taking pictures of my daughter without my approval. He also made me plea to not get evicted. In front of my kids he asked me, "what would you do in my situation?" In front of my kids I pleaded with him and told him I would give this honest man a chance and he will not make any mistakes again. He then told me, "we'll see if you get an eviction
