If you're considering hiring this property manager, I would strongly advise against it. Communication is terrible, and the contract is heavily one-sided, offering them protection even in cases where they may be responsible for damage. If they can't respond to a home owner, imagine how they would treat your tenants. Nope.

Penny Property Management company was the only one, out of many I contacted, to return my call and was willing to meet the needs of our small condominium association. I feel that Penny Property management rates are very fair. Penny and her staff are very kind and courteous.

Penny has managed our Executive Home in Valparaiso for a few years. She is extremely responsive, manages the home very well, easily reachable and above all an honest, genuine and wonderful person. We highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to have their home managed by a caring property manager.

This is my second timing using Penny P Properties for both selling and purchasing a home and I will never use another company. Penny always breaks everything down so that you understand every step in the process. She is easy to reach and quick to respond all while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism.
