Deanna segeviano was ok at first my house was sold but Deanna has failed to help me find a place .They started lowerering prices with me after I signed a contract which is illegal and my paper work I had to request my documents and they are relocating soon the building is up for sale at 8338 Kennedy ave in highland .Sad news here. There other building they have up for sale too. Date 11/22/2025

We had our agent we bought the house with from this location, did not sent us even a card saying thank you and congratulations 😕 It seems like a small thing, but all the other agents I have worked with in the past sent us a cake, wine bottles, gift baskets. This one did not even sent a card… We bought the house full of mold and he did not get us any discount from seller… Pretty disappointing… Oh well..

Deanna was such a blessing to me. She was very patient in helping me find my first home. She answered all the questions I had and helped me through the entire process. If you’re looking for a patient understanding and helpful realtor you can’t go wrong with Deanna!

I love this office! Not only that but, the girls at the front desks (Kelly and Kristen) are absolutely wonderful. Kaylee in the back office as well is very friendly!! All of the staff was very attentive and helpful. :)

Shelle was excellent during my home searching experience. She was the consumate Professionalist through the entire process. She still checks in on me from time to time to be sure I'm enjoying my home. As a first time home buyer I had a million questions and she addressed them all. She is an excellent realtor.
