Hampton in Highland Apartments

My wife and I have had no real problems with the complex or management. We currently are still here and enjoy it. Safe area, decent neighborhood and people. Only cons are the silverfish in the summer. Putting in maintenance requests are pretty good too. They answer fast.

Love the amenities, especially during the warm months. Staff is friendly, attentive and has been a big help for me moving from out of state. Maintenance is quick and knows their stuff! Price is great for this prime location (near major expressway and a TON of stores/restaurants). There are no garages or assigned parking spots, but registering your car to park is simple.

We have lived here for many years and have never had issues. The property is clean, office staff is nice and easy to talk to, and they try and help. Maintenance has been great — work orders get taken care of, and the guys are all really nice.

I read the reviews before coming so was unsure of how it would be. Everyone was very kind, polite. The leasing agent gave me a lot of information and answered all my questions. I saw a lot of bad things about towing but before I could even ask, she was already informing me of the policy and how it works. Even the manager said hello and welcomed me, everyone did. Very nice ladies. While we did end up going somewhere else, just due to location, I would have rented here.

**PLEASE READ** I know this is long. But if you are considering living here take a few minutes and read!! Anyone considering living here please read all the other reviews. The consensus is their parking rules are a joke and trust me, they are!!! My son has lived there for 15 months. He plays basketball at a college up there and lives up there 9 months of the year. Why did I renew his lease? Great question, I wish I had not.
