Overflowing Dumpsters . People are littering constantly. Police are notified and patrolling on a daily basis. People playing loud music and fighting all the time.. People drive there cars like there competing in a national speedway race. No rules from the main office are never in-forced nor implemented..
Clean well maintained... plenty of people and security around. Safe place, That includes a playground and daycare service's.
This is NOT the Penn Vale from my childhood. So nice! Clean!
Only doing business with Lycoming housing Authority. Just be forthright and you will be alright.
Nice complex!! Beautiful area and right near Walmart!!
