terrible. elevators break down 7x a year (every 6-8 weeks), garage gate/sensor barely works so you’ll spend 5min waving your hand back and forth to try to get the gate open, intercom system is useless as deliveries will be left out in the rain/snow or scattered around the first floor despite there being a mailroom, no cameras anywhere in the building so pray you’ll never need footage of an incident, access to the storage area is limited with ad-hoc hours so you’ll never get to access your items when you need them, snow removal has been terrible this year and they sprinkle sand all over the property causing you to sweep your apartment and shoes for weeks at a time from all the sand, super thin walls, cheap doors where you can see light and movement from the bottom of people’s apartments, pe
