My roommate and I are on fixed income's and we are very interested in your apartments. We do have a small dog. We are just trying to get out of Lake City Florida

I was considering in to these apartments. I won't be doing that now. Major reason: MONTHLY INSPECTIONS!! I ABSOLUTELY HATE inspections because I DON'T like strangers wandering through my home sticking their nose into everything! ESPECIALLY MY BEDROOM!! THAT'S PRIVATE!! I also have a cat & there's no mention of pet policy.

There is a new property manager on staff, and I have to say he has been more than helpful. He has taken time to explain every question that I could’ve possibly had. He has been very informative. He spoke friendly and efficiently. I could not ask for a better help when inquiring any information. This was not the experience I had had in the past but Anthony has made things much more enjoyable even after the misinformation from before. Thank you Anthony for your grace time and patience and for being thorough and honest. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Looking forward to any interactions with you in the future. Thank you

My husband and I just went in there and miss Kathy and the manager are awsome!!!!! We could jot get a lease due to other issues but this place is AAAAA+++++++

The place is beautiful but the office managers need to be replaced. First strike (which is a big one)- they accused me of causing a disturbance and having the police out there. Oh and I was also In handcuffs. Never happened. Never been involved with the police in my life. Told them they need call PCB police station to get their facts straight and to take those remarks off my file. Their response “they will note it” Second strike- they arranged a day to enter my apartment when I wasn’t home- no biggy- I made arrangements for my pets to go to doggy daycare so they wasn’t bothered ($$$) they said they would call me with a follow up call and I never received or even know if they entered because they didn’t leave a receipt in my home to tell me they did.
