Honest Review from a 6-Year Resident – 3.5 Stars My partner and I lived here for six years in a second-story, sunlight two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. The Pros: The apartment itself is nice and well laid out. Maintenance was consistently timely, friendly, and responsive—any issues we had were addressed quickly. Pricing felt fair for the size and the location. I really enjoyed the walking paths and the convenience of being centrally located. The Cons: Soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. The walls are extremely thin, and you will hear everything—neighbors’ kids, dogs, music, bass, TVs, cabinets opening, and doors closing. Both of them were very helpful, kind, supportive, and professional. The process was seamless, efficient, and above my expectations. The apartment itself is gorgeous. It’s been amazing to see what was ‘Phase 1’ turn into two different Phases of apartments. The maintenance, grounds, and office team all rock! Jonathan, Derrick, Becca and everyone else make it rock! Everyone else too! Good job everybody!

These guys are always working extremely hard to make sure things go as smoothly as possible, especially since the expansion. Give it up for the Pelican Bluff team, especially those that have been there since before ‘Phase 2’!
