⚠️ Honest Review of Peak Management If you value safe, well-maintained housing and ethical management, I strongly recommend staying far away from Peak Management I moved into an apartment community in Louisville, KY (Eagles Eyrie) in July 2024, and shortly after, Peak Management took over management. What happened after that was a complete decline in every aspect of living conditions, maintenance, and professionalism. Under the previous owner (Brown Capital), the property was older but cared for — maintenance was visible daily, grounds were kept clean, and things worked. Once Peak Management took over, the community quickly deteriorated: trash overflowed near dumpsters, the laundry facilities were neglected, and “cosmetic” paint jobs replaced real upkeep or pest control. Tried contacting one of their properties several times, only to be left with a "sorry we're closed" message even though they are open. Tried contacting property management directly with the number listed here, and again was unable to reach anyone after contacting several times.

Could literally give 0 if there’s a choice, this company is the best example of an worst capitalism consumer nightmare, they want to get the most money out of you with little work as possible, my apartment before they brought it had a working camera, and after my cars catalytic converter is stolen from the parking lot the managers told me that they don’t work because the last management didn’t give them the passcode… like how would that be an excuse ? You want to charge so much how could you not get a working camera that protect your tenants property ? They are so eager to make that money and disregard all the necessary steps to actually make it sustainable for the people that live there.

Pink management has no humanity and no compassion. I suffered from a stroke. Towards the end of my lease. I only needed to extend my lease by 28 days. Instead of taking into consideration how much I needed to do in that period of time they decided they were going to gouge me for additional money and charge me not only the new cost of the Apartment which is exorbitant for a one bedroom apartment but also add a $550 monthly rental fee on top of that. So the total cost for a one bedroom apartment is $2502. Not to mention that I have lived in the community for 10 years have never missed or been late on a monthly payment and probably have paid almost $200,000 to them over the course of the time that I’ve lived in this community. Hunters Point in Overland Park, Kansas is a property they manage. It is the worst customer service and tenet service I have ever experienced. This place is falling apart. If I was to explain how many service tickets I have put in that were legitimate issues to have fixed most people probably wouldn’t believe me. Good thing I have been documenting them. I am very close to contacting the Attorney General’s office. Everything is breaking. Today, my water heater broke and water is all over my floor in combination of everything else that has happened. This is the straw that broke the camels back.
