Fernwood Manor Apartments

Lived here for a while. I've seen a lot of good people move out. I've seen a lot of chainsmokers move in. There's smoking in and their Apartments bothering non-smokers. They're smoking in the laundry rooms. Smoking at the front door and the back door. The hallway always smells like weed.

I’ve been here for three years. A very great spot to live in. You can literally step foot outside and be downtown Ferndale. The apartment it’s self is nice but I’m outgrowing the whole one bedroom. I believe all the apartments here are 1 bedroom. I’m blessed to have beautiful neighbors and they all were here 5 plus years before I got here. I have really no complaints. At first I found it weird for us not to have a person on site but management reaches out to you in a reasonable time via email and via phone.

Didn't get a chance to see the apartment as someone signed on the dotted line before me. I really loved the area and the manager was very nice. If another apartment becomes available, I will be ready and waiting.

I had an appointment to veiw a bedroom apartment with Leca Logan at 1pm today and she never showed up! I paid my $25 yesterday for the application and couldn't even veiw the apartment! I called her over 10 times and never got an answer and even waited 40mins for her just in case she was running late! Don't waste your time the management and Leca are a joke.

Walls are terribly thin, I can hear my neighbors entire conversation while they’re speaking to each other in a regular tone of voice, while I’m in my bedroom trying to sleep. The building needs to be updated
