Maintenance staff is one of best I have ever encountered in my history with renting. The girls in the office are amazing. Anytime I have had an issue they have rectified the situation as quickly as possible during office hours and after office hours. Got my deposit back in a timely fashion with only a cleaning deduction which was fine with me because the leasing agent, Candy, told me in the beginning not to even worry about cleaning the apartment whenever I move out, just leave the apartment as it is, and that helped a lot with timing. This is a hassle-free, very friendly company and I highly recommend. Oh, and very pet friendly, they will definitely advise you on how you can have your pet at no charge!

I just signed a lease at Madison Downtown, $799 for rent and I couldn’t be happier! The entire process with Pavilion Properties was incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the first inquiry to signing the lease, they were responsive, personable, and easy to communicate with. It’s hard to beat $799 for a downtown location, and the value for the price makes it even better. Pavilion Properties made everything simple and straightforward, Elizabeth answered all my questions and guided me through each step. If you’re looking for an affordable place downtown and want a management team that’s easy to work with and communicate with, I highly recommend Pavilion Properties!

So far pavilion has been good for the past year from my experience, staff do their job and management of at least the property I’m in has been good. Going to make a review because Sandi who’s a staff at pavilion helped me with renewing the lease smoothly by moving an applicant to another unit instead of mine when I was trying to renew, and helping me negotiate the rent on the new lease down 20% ish with the landlord when the rent for the property is subject to increase this year during summer. I really appreciated that. I also went the their office to pick up a DoorDash gift card they were giving out, and she gave me an extra domino’s deal card and was gonna give me more if I wanted it. So I promised her I would write a review here lol. Pretty good experience from at least my interactions

Mr Hoffman, My son leased an apartment and they were the most rudest people to deal with. They know they are wrong and will not talk to you. To start at move out time ,they did not supply any garbage bins. The gall of the property owner, he told me that the lease ended on August so he would have put them out then. Like he didnt know that in May that a bunch of tri state area kids are not gonna leave in May. He knew exactly what he was doing. All of students had nowhere to leave their garbage so they left in front of the apartment , then they decided to charge thousands of dollars to remove it. They charged 20,000 for garbage removal, some egg on the window and to change a couple of pieces of siding. Hey Mark, nice 15,000 profit there Also, they basically stole everyones security d

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment. Everything has been so smooth from the beginning. The property is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. My unit is modern, spacious, and feels really cozy—way better than I expected when I first moved in. The management team is super friendly and always helpful. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. The amenities are also a huge bonus—especially the gym and common areas, which are always tidy and feel brand new. Overall, I honestly love living here. It’s safe, comfortable, and has a really great atmosphere. Definitely one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had!
