This is not the first but the second property I bought with Paul so I think I have seen a pattern with him. The first property we would not have gotten if we went with his suggestions. Only reason we got it was because of my partners suggestions of an offer. Paul does not really bring any value to the table, he is only looking for the commission which I understand, but pretend to actually give a crap of your client(s) please ... After both transactions of two properties purchased through him, my partner asked "ok what utilities company do we set this up with.
