In such a competitive climate for buyers, she made very good suggestions well within my means to make my offer stand out to sellers. I took a spontaneous trip to Mississippi and gave her only two days notice, but she made the time window work and had showings ready for me. This was the second time I’ve purchased a home, but with Pat she completely changed my views on the home- buying process with her professionalism and attention to detail. As a nit-picky person myself, I would highly recommend her to anyone that cares about their wholistic home buying experience!
