I usually never leave reviews if I could give them zero Stars I would but to write a review you have to give at least one star but my experience with Casa Fresca was terrible. Verbal promises made during the sales process did not match what appeared in the contract. Make sure you carefully review every document and do not rely solely on what is said. I had a similar experience with CMG loan representatives. Please double-check terms, fees, and conditions before signing anything. Protect yourself by getting everything in writing. If you proceed it's on you you've been warned
