Parmele Park Apartments

Lived here for 3 years, neighbors constantly blair music and trash apartment, 802 apt 8 constantly shakes our walls with music and litters the walkways, I brought it to the landlords attention and no response. I cant sleep anymore here. If you want apartments that allow for sleep and dont constantly have their walls shaking and not littered with trash look elsewhere.

I've lived here for a year and a half, and any time something has went wrong the management makes sure it is resolved quickly. They are the coolest, most understanding landlords I have ever had. Debra and Chris are always so kind, and will work with you should anything unforseen ever come up in your life. Very grateful for this apartment and the people who run them 🙏

I cannot recommend these apartments enough. I have NEVER had such awesome management. Any concerns I had were always met quickly and above and beyond what I asked. And when I had to break my lease due to unforeseen events in my personal life, they worked with me to help get me out with as little stress as possible. Thanks to Debra for being so kind!!

I have lived here since Feb. And its been pretty good especially for mine and my boyfriends first apartment. Management is very nice and helpful. The units are very modern as well. Rent is very affodable too.

I just moved in to these apartments and this is the first time I have absolutely no complaints. The new owner is amazing and answers questions or concerns no matter what time of day or night it is! Couldn't have asked for a better apartment manager!!
