Parkwood Court Apartments

This place is great if you’re in a pinch and don’t care about having hot water, neighbors slamming their doors shaking the entire building, one particular resident who likes to purposely rev his engine outside your window to piss you off because you issued and complaint that was ignored entirely by management, your floor being uneven and a hazard, your walls being paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING and best of all, the office person on the weekends who says “shove it” to you when you ask someone to check out your water heater that hasn’t been working. I wish I could say one good thing about these apartments, but I can’t. Don’t move here. Don’t get yourself stuck in a lease. Don’t waste your time and money.

My wife picked her friend up who lives in these apartments. It was 6pm and her friend invited her in. She was there for acouple hours and went to leave and found her car had been towed. You apparently need avisitor permit andthey are only available during regular office hours. It cost her 368.00 to get her car back. These apartments are already not in the best of shape. Cochroaches are present. And if you live here you apparently cannot have visitors after 5 pm or their car may get towed. There is no parking onthe street so the nearest parking is a block away if you are visiting andthe neighborhood is not safe for women to be walking alone after dark. Run from this place. Do not rent.

These are a very clean place. I lived there 10 yrs. Ago. Its Well kept 👌.

Yo viví ahí por 15 años y viví muy a gusto. Eran muy acogedores y familiares, si regresara a Oregón volvería a rentar ahí.
