Parkway Villas

I've lived here for going on 3 years now. I love all my neighbors they are so friendly. Its very quiet here, the kids are safe to play outside. Its very well kept the maintenance crew does a great job of keeping everything very clean. The manager Azalie is the sweetest! She is very efficient when it comes to fixing any issues that have needed to be addressed in my apartment. They always have community events to keep us all together. I highly recommend Parkway Villas for your new home. #LoveLivingAtParkway

I’ve had a great experience living at Parkway villas. The moving process was quick and smooth which made everything so much less stressful. Manager Azalie was very informative and make sure I understood everything from start to finish. Maintenance is also very responsive and quick with request overall it’s a well maintained property and a great place to live. #LovelivingatParkway

I’ve been living here for 5 years and I enjoy it. The Manager Azalie and Maintenance Men are very nice. They always greet me with a smile. Today my Husband locked his keys up in his Vehicle while rushing for work. I asked the Office Manager could the Maintenance Men try to unlock it and they attempted and was unable to due to the windows closed tightly. The Manager called out the towing Company (Apollo Towing) I think. The Manager met me at my Door with the keys. She remained me until the end. She went above what I expected her to do. We’re like a big ole happy family. Thank you Parkway Villas.

The move in process was so quick & easy! A great community, full of kids playing outside & real community feel. The maintenance team goes above & beyond. My oven was malfunctioning right before Thanksgiving & they put it work to make sure i was able to cook for my babies for the holidays!
