Parkway Village

Would not suggest a single female to live here! I’ve lived here going on 5 years, I’m disabled and have to live on bottom apartment. First 2 years were amazing! Upstairs neighbors; husband, wife and son moved in 3yrs. ago. Every day stomping, jumping, screaming, being harassed, dog peeing on patio furniture from above deck, husband tried to run over me in the parking lot with their car after I dumped my trash, cusses me because they’ve been told by former manager to keep their son away from me because of my medical issues and he’s violent! Now they have a 15 yr old next door neighbor and her dad in on harassing me; by allowing 15 yr old to walk their pit bull that comes up on my patio lunging and barking at me 😡 and thinks it’s funny! I have video. Today March 8, 2025 4 Nails were placed

I moved to Parkway Village in 2008. I live in the rear and have a nice view of the woods. I am very comfortable and feel safe and secure here. I have awesome neighbors and we help each other as needed which has made us more like family. I can't imagine ever moving from here. The manager and assistant manager are both easy to talk to and they work with you whatever happens to come up. We have very good maintenance workers. They are very competent , friendly and household problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. My dog Sheldon has made friends with everyone in my building and the adjacent one and has most of these good neighbors buying him treats. I had to wait about a month to get my one-bedroom and I feel like I was very lucky to do so. The grounds are kept neat and clean

I have been a resident at Parkway Village going on 11 years, and I couldn't ask for a better place to live. Our complex is not just a place to live but also a family. I know all of my surrounding neighbors and their children. I trust my neighbors to look out for me just as I look out for them. As far as the management and maintenance, I consider them some of my closest friends. Whether it is to chat or if I need something fixed, they are always there. And believe me, I have had some complaints, small, and they are always handled promptly and efficently. The apartments are clean and the grounds kept beautifully. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.

Thank you for the good reviews. I've been here for 9 years and love all my residents. They know we will do what we need to do to make them happy in their homes. As far as the bad review goes, it's a shame it was posted considering we don't know who you are nor have you ever lived at our property. I can assure anyone looking to rent at Parkway Village you will be pleased with our homes.

This Tammy Ketchum and i am a tenant in building 702 apartment 5 in Parkway village. We have lived here since May 2022. Would like to give a shout out to our property Manager Myrtle Padgett and our Maitnance man Cody Cook. Both have gone above and beyond in every area and aspects of their jobs. Haven't had one issue or problem that Miss Myrtle hasn't handled in the satisfaction and very professional way of all involved. Whether other tenants or problems within apartments. We are super pleased and hope to live here a very long time. Cody Cook has been wonderful in so many ways. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in anything to do with problem solving of any issues and alway has work orders completed usually the day they are made.
