Park Place Apartments

Worst apartments to live in. Not family friendly , doesn’t care if things are broken in the units went almost two months with out ac in 110 degree weather. Wish there was a higher up number to call . Gas leak for almost 2 years I found the problem also MOLD ALL OVER

Park place is not somewhere I would recommend for anyone to stay. These people have never had it in their hearts to help my family in any way. The bathroom sink in my apartment has had standing water in it for over 3 months. I am moving out and got a lease violation for leaving some stacked chairs outside my door for less than 3 hours trying to get them out of my way. These people are pathetic and really need to be looked into when it comes to everything into one room so I can leave by Saturday. I have been harassed non stop by the management since living here. At one point, I am about to give birth pregnant so I pulled in backwards to unload my groceries to my door, in no way did I park the vehicle was still running and and got a lease violation for that as well. Love this place it's quiet people are friendly very kid safe and the apartments are so big and nice they take very good care of the place they are always making sure everything works rights and if something needs fixed they are right there to fix it best apartments I've ever lived in

I actually love it here! I homeschool 4 kids and they have met so many amazing people and I love all my neighbors in my building and the one next to us. We have all bonded to protect the children who play in the back! My only issues is I feel as if some grinches in the back with no life keep calling the cops on everyone. I have caught her recording my children playing while I sat and watched. So I hollered at her! I will protect these kids and I feel no child is safe around her! Also my babies are toddlers!!!!

You can't never get a hold of anyone in the office. My daughter was told she would go to jail if caught back on the premises because she's banned. But everyone that's on the ban list can roam freely. And why have a lease when anyone can stay here with anyone!
