Applied for a rental house on 09/29/24. I called back once a week to follow up and was continually told the property was still available and they would contact me back once they had processed the application. Called again today to find they have rented the home to someone else without any communication to me regarding the property. I understand my application being denied, but not notifying me of the denial after weeks of repeated assurances that the property was available, my application just hadn't been processed yet and that they would call me back as soon as it was, seems extremely unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Malo and all her staff. They were all knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward and just very good to work with. I am from across the country and needed to sell my grandfathers house. She was awesome in helping me get the house ready to sell and keeping me up to date throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Malo!

Malo was very quick to respond and adapted her schedule to meet our needs. She went over and above to spend her whole day with showing us every property we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable of the region and properties and points out things we hadn’t considered. We valued her expertise which helped us narrow down our selection. We would highly recommend her and use her again if we are ever in the market again for another home!

Malo was very helpful in the selling of our house, we live in Claremore and couldn't be there for evertthing that came up that needed to be taken care of to move forward in the process. Malo took care of evey thing for us. We can't say enough about how wonderful and patient she was through the entire process. We highly recommend Malo if your looking to sell your house or buy one. This review is based off of my experience viewing two of their rental properties, and although I did not end up renting from Malo I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Both times I went to view a property, the agent was at least a few minutes late (minor gripe, but being consistently late shows little respect for others’ time. I am always early to appointments.) One house was clearly advertised on Zillow with a washer and dryer, but upon arriving at the property we learned they had been removed and would not be included. Totally fine (if unexpected), but Malo insisted that the rent would not be adjusted to accommodate that inconvenience. That wouldn’t be terribly hard to swallow I suppose, if the rest of the house had been up to snuff for the price. However, there was broken glass/debris
