I’ve been living in these apartments for about a year and a half now — and honestly, I love it here. 🏡✨ ⠀ The grounds are always clean and well-maintained. There’s a security guard on-site who keeps an eye on everything, making sure nothing happens to your car — no theft, no damage, no drama. ⠀ The office management is super responsible. Everything runs smoothly and according to the rules. They always send out notifications in advance about anything happening around the complex — no surprises. ⠀ The neighbors are friendly and respectful. I’m so grateful that there’s nothing shady going on here — it feels safe and peaceful. ⠀ If I had to mention one thing I’d change — I’d love to see some trees planted in front of my building. I loved living in Parkway! I lived there for 5 years! The only reason I moved was because I left the state for family reasons. Management was amazing and maintenance fixed things right away! The only downside was fighting for my dear life to get in and out of the complex during busy hours because it's on a busy street.

Not a safe area, I have had my vehicle stolen from this complex and another broken into. The complex has a couple of security camera's but they are pointed at specific tenants that they claim were troublesome.

Awesome place to live in, management is always polite, maintainance is quick to respond and fix issues, outdoors well maintained, garbage area always clean, great neighbors, quiet place, safe play areas for the kids, close to multiple stores and pharmacies, safe and available parking, only set back is sometimes it takes long to gain or exit from the apartment due to traffic.
