Parkview Apartments

this has been the 3rd time I have moved into these apartments over the past 18 years.. so I have many views. the first time I was a new single mom and it was an ok experience not the absolute best but was not bad either. the second time I lived her was about 5 years later and it had changed dramatically. the management/office team was rude and only cared about collecting money or renewing leases. if there were issues they did not care. Now I have been leasing now for going on 5 months and I must say the experience is better than I have experienced before. The Office team is nice courteous and attentive. I stopped by the front office to get help with my léase and Destiny went above and beyond. She helped me understand the transfer process and even hélped me set up my online account. Super grateful to be at Park View.

Honestly I would NEVER RECOMMEND these apartments to anyone. Unless you wanna deal with a Rude! Arrogant! Racist! Manager. She is honestly the worst I've ever see. She definitely abuses her power to the max. I think these apartments have potential to be better rated if they changed management. For the time being wouldn’t recommend at all. And I would rather be homeless then deal with that type of person.

This place is a wonderful complex to rent from. I've never had any problems with the people there. The work orders that I would place would be done same day if not by the next day. Management is awesome they are very detail about everything from move in process to the rules and regs of the complex and so forth. Dominga and her team have made this property spectacular since they got there. The previous management wasn't as concerned about the look of the property when passing by before I moved there I wouldn't have even considered the place. The complex is nice and kept in order. If I move back to Tucson I would definately rent here again. 😊 Great Job Management of Park View Apts for keeping the complex clean and a good place to live.

Managers don't care if residents harass you if they bang on your walls they frown if you call the police, if you have evidence they do not bother to hear it they say it has germs or they might catch something lots of discrimination here. Adda is a gr8 manager and deserves much better than what they are giving her.💯💯 also they do not honor the contract
