Jasmin and Katherine … Management is AMAZING!!! They are very caring. Their maintenance is up to date! They care about there community! I live living here. It’s extremely quiet and a great place to live! Don’t regret a thing!!

Me and my wife anam got chance to sign up for an apartment through Katherine she is very kind and informative to us done paperwork very fast as well. Very nice lady May God Bless her.

My experience: Wonderful! My Girlfriend and I have been apartment hunting all day and we came in around lunch. Katherine received us and postponed her lunch to take care of all our questions. As we were heading to the apartment for showing, she got a personal call after the call she said it was urgent related to her son and his health. but still, she completely gave the most attention to us, for example: as we walked into the unit we all noticed it needed a bit of TLC and she was the first to mention it and let us know it would be done. As a matter of fact; I picked up my keys today and the place looks and smells even better now.Katherine assures me ; before I bring in a single item the place will be even better!!! I am relieved Sigh! I’m Home.

Okay this was the worst apartment I've ever stayed at. I'm not sure why it's rating is this high but it's not deserved. My first complaint, I could almost never get ahold of the office. The week before I moved in I called probably twenty times and they picked up maybe once. My move in date was on a Saturday, the office didn't tell me they were closed or moved my move in date. I traveled 4 hours and had to get two hotel stays for the weekend because I didn't know the office was closed when I moved in. If you thought that was bad it happened again when I moved out. The office set my move out date to a Saturday so I was forced to turn in my keys on Friday. They still charged me for that Saturday and charged all the fees because it was a new month when I wasn't living there. I tried calling th

The assistant manager is a very respectable person.She is polite, has excellent manners, is cooperative, and explains everything clearly and patiently. She provided me with great assistance, and my experience with her was excellent. I highly recommend dealing with her with complete confidence.
