Parkdale Villas

I moved in June 1st of this year and liked it except for some of the residents that are no longer here. It is for most part a quiet community now. Did not like the “ Manager” or the head “ Maninteance” supervisor man which neither one ever did anything and now they are gone so hopefully they will get a Manager that will actually do something. I do like the leasing agent Sherri Miller. She bust her ass every day and does as good as she can since she has no help. I also like David the maintenance man. He works hard also with no help. In my opinion he should be head Maintenance Supervisor

David in maintenance is very good at his job and very respectful and needs to be the supervisor, Sherri in the office should be promoted as she does everything anyway she is great with tenants and very professional. I know they need help but are doing a great job for the two of them.

Loved my apartment until it was time to move the new property manger didn’t want to give my deposit back because I didn’t sign a 60 day notice which I was not even in a lease at the time so how am I suppose to know how come they didn’t explain that in the beginning that’s the reason for keeping my deposit and then wants to charge me 300 plus dollars for a wall I didn’t paint and I have proof of that and they never answer the phone it’s a lovely place but I wouldnt recommend moving here considering how I was treated just because I wanted to leave and the previous manager who gave me my apartment sent them a email letting them know i did not paint the wall pink and to remove that debt they still haven’t replied to her I’m glad to be gone !! Who do I contact to report them too!!

I just wanted to post my review after seeing some harsh ones recently. I have been here 4 years. I love it here. There have been changes in management, but they have all tried their very best to adjust to change. In the beginning I would see roaches, but 2 years now and haven't seen a single one. I'm happy to have had this be our home. Spacious, and cozy!

Been here for 5 years so far this place has changed management 6 times since I've been here and 4 of the times was over the past year. However this is literally the best apartments I've ever lived in. Maintenance is very slow for now emergencies I believe there are under staff but I don't think it's worse than places I've been to before. They have a decent size pool work out room. SIt is very peaceful here.
