After dealing with Barndo King of Texoma for several weeks and several hundred dollars later I was still needing a final inspection done in order to close on my first home and could not get them to come back out. So I did what I should have done from the beginning and called Blue Brick. On the phone Simon was very nice and professional he understood exactly what I needed. Simon did a detailed job looking over a 40yr old house with well, septic and outbuildings. He was very detailed with his inspection and those details were captured in a well organized secure website. When his list, it is easy to determine the prioritization of punch list items to take care of immediately (color coded) and which can be tackled as weekend projects. His knowledge of the area also was valuable to determine what key items to look out for (such as minerals and mineral deposits from water from the well).
