Loved living here. It was my first apartment everyone was sweet and welcoming Tammy helped me with the process of getting the apartment! If there was ever a issue all you had to do is email or call the office. They are very fast hoping you resolve any issues or if you’re needing help everybody in the apartment complex is very sweet and kind. Highly recommend.

Living here has been an exceptional experience. The apartment buildings are clean, modern, and well cared for, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported. Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and professionally. The community has a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you feel safe and at home. The amenities are convenient, the location is great, and the overall environment is peaceful and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone searching for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

The team at Residence at Gateway Village are wonderful. Amber went above and beyond answering my questions quickly, and making sure I felt welcome. She is so kind and informative. Jessica stopped what she was doing and helped me with some documents I needed printed. Very sweet and awesome. Maintenance, Superb, Mr. Don is always quick to come and fix anything the apartment needs. The team and the apartments are a brilliant choice for anyone looking for thier new home. Clean, gated, pool, gym, dog park, plus schools and shopping only minutes away. Im so happy I picked the apartment I did. I bet you will be too.

I toured these apartments with Amber, she was very nice and helpful when assisting me. She was able to answer any questions my family had throughout this process. 5 stars for sure! Highly recommend. Amber was awesome!

I’m finishing out my second lease with this place and I have to report I do not recommend living here unless you like having your car towed. I registered my vehicle with this new towing company like they requested a year ago and I must’ve typed a 9 instead of a 6 because I wrote it in my notes wrong and this morning they towed my vehicle because of it. I called the towing company and you have to wait an hour or more to get your car released once it’s towed, not to mention the $350 I have to pay! All because no one called me or emailed me to warn me, that’s dishonest and corrupt! I understand you want to enforce parking for the people who do not follow the rules, but I shouldn’t have to pay an unnecessary penalty for making a simple error!
