Elyzabeth, the manager was very professional and does her job very well. She showed me each apartment I wanted to view with grace and handles my impatience with ease.

I lived here for one year. A few months into my lease, there was some kind of issue with the sewer and the bill went from around $40ish to about $100 per month. They hired someone to come out several times and all they seemed to do was dig two huge holes, one of which was right outside my window. Ironically, the price of the sewer bill never went down. Some of the neighbors and I tried contacting the office and we never got anywhere with them. They changed management and they were alright at being responsive but still the issue was never addressed. It got so expensive. The walls were pretty thin, I could heard my upstairs neighbor even if she was just walking. Definitely not the best place to rent from if you have other options available. My mother and father have been renting here fo 2 years they are wonderful tenants who pay early every month and have never damaged the apartment.. the sheer disrespect and disregard for the wellbeing of their tenants is completely unacceptable. Sewage pipes burst in the apartment which caused flooding and destroyed all of the belongings in the household. This occurred Sunday 2/23 evening and no one ever responded to the emergency maintenance phone until 7am the following day after the damage had been done already. They never offered to house my parents in a new unit nor do they care that my parents are homeless due to unsanitary living conditions. They refuse to help in any way and have thrown responsibility into their tenants which is again unacceptable. I hope they are prepared for quit

The managers don't contact you back when you need something. They only reach out to you by leaving a paper on your door if THEY have something to say. No care for residents. Everything inside is done terriblely. Things are falling apart, lights are going out, mirrors are breaking off, dryer needs to be ran multiple times to dry anything, fireplace is in such an awkward spot. I was doing okay until they had my tree cut down this morning without a word. IM FURIOUS. I'm OUT once my lease is Done. I Might even try to get out before that because of how upset I am, I dont want to spend a penny more. I recommend not living here unless you want poor care.
