Park Villa Apartments

I found this apartment for my Mother and she lived there 2 years. She loved her neighbors and the staff. If anything needed repair, it was taken care of right away. This seemed like a safe place for her to live alone. She loved living here.

Words can’t describe how much my kids and I loved and miss living here! Not only were the apartments spacious, most of the neighbors were long term tenants which made for such a community feel! Highly recommend!

We looked at so many apartments in this area but when we got to Park Villa we were done! Linda Hazzard was so nice and helpful, we took a tour, then we decided to take another look, then we came BACK and she showed us the apartment again! We took it! Thank you Linda, we’re so excited we can’t wait to move in!!

Lost EVERYTHING we owned due to this place being infested with bedbugs. It’s been months and I still have nightmare’s plus the scars to prove it. Linda knew this place had bed bugs and even evicted us because we spoke out and were telling the neighbors which they did not inform . We lived on C block and from earlier reviews it seems like this place has had bedbugs for years!! Don’t live here

My husband and I went to speak with the manager about removing some bushes from in front of our apartment door. They were an eyesore, they cramped the sidewalk space to the point where my outside chairs and plants got in the way of my neighbors using the sidewalk there and they were home to tons of mosquitoes and wasps. During this conversation Linda seemed very understanding and told us she saw no issue with removing them. I had plans to plant something else in their place, perhaps flowers or grass. She seemed to think it was a great idea! However when we removed the bushes she immediately served us with an eviction notice for damage of property and gave us less than a week to find somewhere to move and be out.
