Park View At Beech Grove Apartments

I think these townhomes are absolutely wonderful I have new carpet in mine and it was painted nicely before I moved in here. I recently just moved here from Wisconsin with my 2 kids and they have made a lot of friends since moving in here. The people in the office are great Wendell is very nice and polite. I don't understand why so many people give this place bad reviews I have had nothing but good things to say about Park View at Beech Grove

My apartment was absolutely wonderful. My carpet was new and my appliances. The community looked good and the staff was nice and helpful. The maintenance guy Alex put up my ring Cam for me as well. Way to go Wendell! I appreciate you all.

I am reading all the reviews and I feel like some people just like to complain. Wendal has a very hard job. He deals with a lot of things he shouldn’t have to and he deals with them very well. The maintenance men are wonderful as well. They get to my apt with any issue so quick and they go above and beyond. They do things that they do not have to do. They are always out first thing every morning picking up trash and making sure it looks nice. These are apts that accept section 8 which normally people have kids. Kids like to be outside. So it’s not a bunch of animals running around like one review said it’s KIDS playing outside. If you’re wanting a to live someone where there are no kids I wouldn’t live here then. Only bc I have to put a star but they deserve NONE ! Wendell wenston what ever his name is . He clearly has an issue with women . He has done nothing but be disrespectful especially When the tenant in concern has pay on time and in full for the remainder of her 3 year stay except for when she lost her job due to a car accident. Hope u don’t have to deal with him . And if you do ………. Ream him a new one 🙂‍↔️🫶🏾

I lived here about a year ago, and I figured I would drop my review on here. Had a three bedroom townhouse near the office and parking was never a problem, and as much as people talk about kids being wild in the reviews we never ever had one problem, though that may be because of close proximity to the office, but I will say there is a pond hole (with no water) behind the office that kids play in and it always scared me because there were rocks at the bottom they could get hurt on. Anyway, apartment was clean and well built, walls are thin though, not too bad however. Very spacious, ample lighting, and nice cooperative staff in office. They actually saved my life one day by alerting paramedics for me when I had an accident and needed help. Rents not bad, we had bedbugs at one point but it
