Park View Apartments

Units are disgusting, paint chipping and falling off every surface. Huge bug problem with centipedes and spiders, and there is no AC. Sure the location is great but everything else is like living in a 3rd world country. Wouldn’t recommend anyone ever live here

Living in ParkView is so great!!! The managing office team is very polite and so nice, especially Lauren Ocampo. She helped me a lot during the application process, such as keeping sharing progress, and answering all my questions rapidly. Everything about the place is better than I expected.

I have had an amazing experience living at Park View! The staff has been incredible - Howard has been super helpful and responds to all my emails within a few hours and building maintenance responds to work orders in 1-2 days. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the gym getting redone was a big plus (and a surprise!). I have been loving the rooftop & grills, the grills are kept very clean. The building is older than others nearby, but feels very clean and well-kept, so it’s aged well. 5/5!

My experience with Park View Apartments and the staff has been wonderful! The application process was very straightforward and easy. Reserving the freight elevator for my move-in day was simple too. It's been great living here and I've been enjoying every minute of it very much! The units are spacious and nice. The community deck and the views from that are really cool when the weather is nice outside! Howard and Ryan have been terrific answering all my questions and the maintenance staff is really nice too. I've lived in a few places in the city, but this is by far my favorite one!!

I've lived here for several years now and don't see myself moving to a different apartment anytime soon. I really enjoy the area and rent feels reasonable for the location. The addition of the grocery store in the lobby has been amazing and I love utilizing the roof deck! Both of my apartments here have been great in size. The walls are sound proof and I love the hardwood floors. It's an old building so you can't always expect everything to be updated but I've had good luck with newer kitchens in both units. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well.
