I stopped by to ask a few questions about available units and had a great experience. Wendy and Yami were both very professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. They were very knowledgeable about the community and the units available. The customer service alone made a great first impression. The community itself looked clean, well-kept, and inviting. You can tell they take pride in the property. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend checking this community out and speaking with Wendy or Yami.

Park trace apartments is a great place to call home. I lived there for 3 years and never had a bad experience. Everyone who’s apart of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Since she’s arrived at the property Ms.Stacy has been a wonderful addition. The head maintenance man Angel is also the best, it never takes the apartment long to respond to requests and him and his staff gets the job done fast and correctly. I’m only moving because I’m buying a house but I will definitely recommend Park Trace to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and affordable community to live in.
