Park Ridge Townhomes

A long over due review, but I am so grateful to be in such a great home. My time here has been lovely, the community is very nice and Madison was the best help in this whole process I can not express how much I appreciate her for everything. Some residents/children here are a bit extra, but compared to where I was previously residing this is a dream come true. If anyone is looking for a nice home with kids or to just be in peace this is the place for you!

Teferi was amazing from start to finish! He helped us with everything and answered all our questions. Super professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. The community is clean, family-friendly, and we’ve had no complaints at all. Really happy with our experience and thankful for Teferi help highly recommend!

Never any problem when you call for maintenance. HVAC needed to be replaced, same day brought in an air conditioner united, within 2 days.. the whole system was replaced. Constant communication with the office, no mess behind from the contractors

Amberly and Robbie are simply the best! I have been living here for almost 6 years now and they always treat my family and I with respect! They need a raise for all their hard work. Robbie is my favorite, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about fixing things.

Amberly has been absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! She was very knowledgeable when answering questions and attentive during the application process. She also kept me informed of changes and updates being made to my new home up until the day of my move. My Maintenance Team is AWESOME as well! Walter and Robbie quickly made all of my requested adjustments in less than an hour of me putting in my request!
