Maria & her husband Marcus are the best property managers i have ever had! They are always prompt to fix any problem i have. I have been here since 2014. They take pride in the property, and do anything they can to make our community safe & beautiful. Im so thankful to have them!

Maria in the office is the best! So nice and helpful. I love my apartment it’s really nice and beautiful. Maintenance staff is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make things right! I just signed my 5th lease here at park ridge apartments. The community is lovely to live in, the neighbors and like family, the maintenance staff is always ready and prepared to help. The property manager Mrs Maria is amazing! She really has went above and beyond to give us a safe and clean living environment. I don't see myself and 2 kids leaving any time soon lol.

Maria, the property manager is very easy to work with. Maintenance is quick with repairs. Overall a good, reasonable place.

These apartments are great! We moved here from out of state without seeing the property or units in person before moving in, and Maria worked with us to provide a virtual tour and even coming in on a Saturday for the move-in walkthrough. Everything from the complex itself, the amenities, the maintenance team and management have all exceeded expectations. We feel very safe in this complex and we LOVE the pool that has a gorgeous view! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone looking for a new apartment.
