I moved in this apartment in oct 2025 at first it was great but now my dishwasher won’t work the tub leaks and our neighbors complain about our dog barking but I haven’t heard him I went outside he didn’t bark my neighbors smoke weed ita nasty we the downstairs tenant always telling the office we are doing something wrong the office every went as far as telling me that the whole building was complaining about us we are discussed to say the least the whole property could do better with parking especially when it comes to guest taking parking spots that the tenants need
I have lived here for almost a year now. I have always had good experiences when speaking with Holly. She was the first person that I spoke with and I knew then this is where I was going to be staying. I was more than pleased with the remodel they did of the counters, sink, dishwasher and bathroom. And the stove was exactly the one I had wanted. The only things I would like to have is some newer cabinets and updated refrigerator but that is just 1st world problems. LOL Management is always friendly and willing to help out with anything within reason. The maintenance team is beyond 5 stars about taking care of issues. I had an AC line burst in the middle of summer. I called them up after hours and they was at my place within an hour. They let me with a temporary unit to get me by until they
We have been here for almost 2 years now and we are not renewing our lease. The apartment itself is fine. We have plenty of room for the two of us. The upstairs neighbor is incredibly noisy, and the ones in front are incredibly rude, and pot head/heads. The amount of dog "dirt" around the complexes is disgusting. Parking is a nightmare as visitors park right in front instead of on the side, and the cigarette smoking in the breezeway chokes me. Things should definitely improve now that Brenda is back.
We lived in this complex for about 2 years (moved out a few months ago). It's a working class complex, and most of the residents are generally friendly and try to keep the noise down, as some residents work nights and sleep days. The downside: Apartments could use some updating, the walls and ceilings are a bit thin (you can hear everything your neighbors do), you do hear noise from traffic and trains, and parking is a bit tight. The upside: It's an affordable place to live, they allow pets, it's close to Denso if you work there, and places to shop are nearby. Also, management always seemed to care about the residents, and maintenance was fast to respond to requests.
Do nottttt rent here! Just finished our lease & we’re moving to somewhere double the cost to rent because we would rather pay the extra $ to not have to deal with the neighbors or area. We chose this location because my husband works at Denso and wanted a close commute but it’s absolutely not worth it. Our upstairs neighbors are INCREDIBLY loud: 3 children, a dog and 2 heavy set adults. You can hear every footstep, scream or conversation even over the TV. Whenever we had friends over they couldn’t get over the noise. You can hear everything that goes on over at Atchley from fights to sirens. People smoke weed in the breezeway and you can’t leave the apartment without someone asking you for something. The kitchen is made for making microwave meals & that’s it, no space to cook anything.
