Park Place Waco

Park Place was my first choice, and it would absolutely still be my only choice. Unfortunately, I ended up having to transfer schools, but my experience with the community and the team was nothing but positive. The staff was always incredibly helpful and prompt with my million questions. Their professionalism and willingness to help really stood out and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. If I ever find my way back to Baylor, Park Place is exactly where I would love to live. I truly appreciate everything the team did!

I had a great experience working with Shilo. From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and communication was always clear and respectful. Shilo made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she cares about both the property and the tenants, and that level of attention made a big difference in my experience.

Living at Park Place has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made during my time in Waco. If you’re looking for a place around the Baylor University bubble, this is hands down the best place to live—no exaggeration. The interior of the apartments is stunning—modern, clean, and high-quality in every way. From the spacious layouts to the beautiful finishes, it really feels like home. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is incredibly well-maintained. The management and staff here deserve a special shout-out. They are very friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and our pups!🐶 Anytime I’ve had a question or issue, it’s been resolved extremely quickly and professionally. I relocated to pursue graduate school in the area and I found these apartments to be very lovely and suitable for my needs! Shoutout to Shilo for answering my questions and helping me through the daunting process of relocating to a new area. Highly recommend!
