Park Place Apartments

(12/25/2025) Stephanie, Ive been trying to get in touch with you. Its been over a month since we last spoke and barely anything has been fixed. Ive emailed you multiple times asking for updates and havent gotten a response. Joel keeps sending out email surveys in which we participate, but those replies go nowhere too. At this point, the biggest problem is communication. It really shouldnt be this hard to get a response. This is the last way I can think of to get in touch with anyone, since emails have not been acknowledged. Id still rather handle this directly, so if you can please reach out to me. Thank you (11/19/2025) Moved in 10/01, didnt have a shower for the first 12 days. Christian came to fix it on a Friday and replaced my shower knob with a sink knob thats always falling out.

This place needs to be bulldozed to the ground.its garbage.black mold galore.neighbors were horrible.all the good neighbors left because of it.they had a good landlord that left.music rattled our windows at 4am for months.nothing was done about it.its not worth your money.trust that

Went I need to fix my refrigerator or other thinks I need to wait months and also went they sent guys for fix the guys don't do good job. For the next they is the problem again. I don't recommend the park place apartments.

The office is always closed, the property is dirty, lots of litter everywhere. The management is unresponsive and will not address my concerns relating to pests like RATS coming near my building because they refuse to address neighbors leaving trash bags on the back patio space for them to tear into. The apartments themselves have no soundproofing, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. The only positive is that the dishwasher works. The flooring is warped, and completely unsupported, it bends during normal use. The neighbors do not respect the assigned parking, and will steal your spot. They constantly litter the property with trash and candy all over the place including my back patio space. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here !

There is zero visitor parking at my complex. My friend got a big green tow warning for parking inside. The following week, she parked at the nearby shopping center for just 30 minutes to avoid getting towed, and her car was towed for not shopping at the center. Where can visitors park???? $380 to get the car out of the tow yard. Horrible!!
