Park Place Apartments

This place is very well organized and updated. Victoria is a master in her class. She helped me gather my thoughts on which apartment would suit my needs. I also have to thank her on her hospitality and transparency. The rooms are of nice size and a warm kitchen as well! Victoria also help me with budgeting and financing my place as well! Staff service is nice and the design layouts of the apartments are spacious and luxurious. I do not like that the blinds they have for us are not able to go up to see out the window also now my toddler is going to want to ruin them. I get emails about every month that I don’t have renters insurance and they will charge me for theirs when I actively have renters with proof but they say it’s an automatic false app notification which can be confusing. Food trucks visiting here and location is ideal

I recently inquired about renting a unit here with my daughter but after reading the reviews I was skeptical. I still considered it due to the location, but the attitude and unprofessionalism of the so called "manager" LaToria Best DESTROYED any notion of that! Corporate should really do a better job at screening their employees!

This apartment looks impressive at first—modern design, sleek amenities—but the reality after move-in is very different. The building has clear signs of poor construction: cracks in the walls, uneven foundation, gaps in the flooring and cabinetry. The noise on the lower levels is constant, and the neighbors aren’t exactly friendly or welcoming. The dog waste issue is ongoing. You can’t step off the main path without watching where you walk. Management sends out occasional reminder emails, but there’s no actual enforcement, so the problem never goes away. On top of that, there’s a persistent pill bug infestation on the first floor that’s been reported multiple times and ignored. Century Park Place in Morrisville has been very average at best. The amenities aren't bad and the apartment itself is decent, but the maintenance service is awful. The AC in the apartment has gone down at least 5 times and every time I entered a work order, a tech would show up for 5 minutes, check it out, and either poke around or just leave and close the work order. We have gone multiple weeks without AC on different occasions and cannot seem to make any headway getting this fixed.
