Park Lane Apartments

I have lived here for over a decade. Most of the people here are very friendly. The owner keeps the building clean and in good repair. It sits next to Orange Park, which is convenient. Sometimes you need to be persistent in order to get repairs done.

Alex is the on site property manager. He is by far one of the most rudest individuals I've ever encountered. I have had rats underneath my apartment for the whole time I lived there. Alex doesn't care. If it doesn't bother him he doesn't bother with it. They will take your deposit and you will never get it back. The place was built in the 70s and there is no provision for sound suppression between Apartments. You hear when the neighbors Turn the Page in the book they are reading. If you're looking for a reasonably safe and sound place to be go somewhere else. Homeless from the park cruise through the apartment complex and break into the cars regularly

Dangerous to live there since 1979 & rent was like $450. Creepers lurking in alleys between front buildings. Always had to keep windows locked. Totally sucked. Moved as soon as was affordable to Burlingame, believe it or not.

Management is a joke. Loud rude neighbors. Walls so thin you hear the neighbors snore.

Great complex with good management.
