So far. ..... Called these guys twice during business hours. First straight to VM. Second time I spoke with an admin and left a message. Been three weeks. I don't think it's a priority. but you drive around south city and San Bruno..... they're plenty of their signs posted on empty commercial properties. I'm starting to see why. If you don't return potential clients back, you're not going to rent/ Sell anything. Since I plan to move my office to the peninsula. I'm probably going to have to deal with these people. I'll update when we get there

John was super helpful! I called him as a complete stranger needing help with a house and he was on top of it. Went by within an hour of our first conversation

Shady business. Told us a rental space going to be 100% by the books completely legit(for a cannabis space). After we signed the contract we find out the tenant in the back has an illegal grow that is using all the power the building has.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience with John Poletti. He never picks up the phone and doesn't call back. No way to leave a message. I tried to email, but waited 3 weeks for no response. Very irresponsible man. Find somebody else.

Sold me what I thought was my dream home and 6 months later found out it had hidden foundation issues and a slab leak. He blocked my number and refuses to take my calls.. terrible situation he has put me in
