Park Hill Lane Apartments

I've been living at Park Hill apartments for over 3 years. I love it! The apartments are so big and spacious. The management for this community is amazing. Everyone at the rental office is also very helpful. Anytime I have an issue in my apartment. The maintenance guys will come fix it the same day. The pool in the summer is also great!

I am absolutely livid that I had a package worth over $100 stolen by a delivery driver from a sham of a carrier called Ontrac. He took a pic of the item, marked as delivered and snatched it back. I had to file a police report. Many tenants have had items stolen and I feel thieves know there is no surveillance in the area. The onus shouldn't be on a tenant to prevent theft. If there were cameras installed on the rental office it would of caught crimes easily and served as evidence. Houses and apartment buildings across America have ring cams or some type of video surveillance. Installing security cameras in an apartment building not only acts as a deterrent but, in the event a theft occurs, also makes it more likely that the perpetrators will be caught and stolen goods returned to their o

From the moment I met with the amazing Shanell and we looked at an apt, to now 3 months later I have had nothing but a positive experience. Immediate attention to maintenance requests, up to the minute updates of everything happening, and even community inspired events and prizes. I don't think any place is perfect but this place gives exactly what it promises, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Beware of Renee Rockefeller, the property manager. In addition to being arrogant, rude, and disrespectful to tenants, she'll find every opportunity to keep a portion of your security deposit when you move out. So document everything, take photos, and keep them.

My husband and i been living in the apartment complex at Park Ln for just over a month now and we really loved it! Maintenance is quick, and the apartment is even better than expected.
