Albany Lofts at One Broadway Apartments

I've been living at The Lofts since 2018 and have always enjoyed the building and amenities. I'm leaving the review now because the current management team of Xena, Madison, Joe, Denzel, and Cheryl are proving EXCEPTIONAL service. We've had a lot of turnover in the office - but this team is magic!

I rarely write reviews, but the standard of excellence demonstrated by Gabby and Ethan demands immediate recognition. They are, without a doubt, the best management team I have ever encountered, excelling in every single facet of their role. Their impact is immediately obvious, everything runs seamlessly. The operation is top-notch--efficient highly professional, and consistently outstanding. They have fostered a truly positive and high-performing environment that benefits everyone who interacts with the entire team. This management duo perfectly complements each other, setting a high bar for the entire organization. Their dedication ensures a commitment to excellence that is rare and definitely refreshing. They have not only met our expectations but have consistently gone above and beyond

First and foremost, I don’t even live here and my experience was terrible. I scheduled an appointment to tour apartments and drove 3 hours just for the customer service number to say that there was no one working in the leasing office this day. My girlfriend and I waited an hour to be seen because there was a sign on the door that said someone would be back by 9am our scheduled time. So we waited, just for a lady to tell us that no one’s working in the leasing office. If I could rate in negative stars it would be -5 stars.

The community here has been so kind and welcoming, which has made us feel right at home. There’s plenty of parking, wonderful space for walking our dog, and the beautiful pond views make the property feel peaceful and inviting. We truly feel happy here and excited to be part of this community. Thank you, Albany Lofts, for making the entire process smooth and for creating such a great place to live! A special thank you to Ethan: he went above and beyond to make sure our move-in was seamless. He was always respectful, attentive, and patient, answering all our questions and making the process stress-free. His stellar service made all the difference, and we’re so grateful for his support!

I’ve lived here 5 years no issues. Went on vacation, found mice droppings on my bed, ate through my full pantry and left poop everywhere. Spoke to the complex on the 19th, they had me schedule on the 27th and no one showed up. Withholding rent until this issue is fixed and I see dead mice. Regarding snow, after the storm nothing was started until 4pm the following day. Storm on Monday, nothing touched until Tuesday. Had to mountaineer over 1.5ft of snow on all the walkways, and could barely get out of the complex because of lack of snow removal. The snow was known for at least a week. Poor communication, execution and barely a delivery.
