Park Grove Village Apartments

My aunt has lived here for 3 years and prior to that her mom lived here for 10 years . Never had a problem with towing. No towing signs on this property 2920 w shady Grove Rd no towing enforced for park Grove village only park Grove square has towing. Why was her car towed on the 25th of November 2025 from my apartments 2920 West shady Grove road.?? By m and m towing who is only authorized tow cars at Park Grove square apartments the car has a parking sticker on it she's parked her car here for 3 years already with no problems never been towed she does not drive her car on a daily basis maybe once a month never had a problem before but all of a sudden the car ends up being towed and now it's Thanksgiving day it's 5:13 in the afternoon and trying to go somewhere with my family and I can't g

Unfortunately, the elevators here are unreliable. While there are two elevators in the building, management consistently keeps only one operational. This becomes a significant issue when the functioning elevator breaks down, leaving no available option for residents. Sadly, that’s exactly what happened today. Edit: Happened again 12/25/2024 🎅
