Park Center Point : I closed in July 2023 (this is my second home) but I could not have asked for a better experience! LaJuana was absolutely amazing and personable during the entire process. I had some hold up on closing (due to the sell of my other home) but she kept my house just for me —- Lajuana kept hope/faith alive that I was going to sell my other property to be able to get this beautiful home that I have now. (4bed rooms/2.5 bathrooms) The walk through was a great experience, everyone was so nice and patient throughout the whole process, everything that needed to be fixed or replaced was done prior to closing and I have had zero issues and when I closed LaJuana had gifts for me inside my house 🥰 Highly recommend to purchase your new home with Kerley Family Homes And every after

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! I’m glad i didn’t make the mistake of purchasing a home from Kerley Family! Specifically in Park center Pointe . I started the process of purchasing a new construction town home in park center pointe . The property manager Lajuana was amazing. She was the best part of my experience. This was my first home so the process was all very new to me. Before they started their own mortgage company the loan officer i had with first continental mortgage was amazing then they switched and the entire experience went down hill The new loan officer failed to communicate anything with me which ended up causing me to lose the rate that i had locked, i had to run my credit all over again after already being approved and settled and the house i built with specific upgrades didn’t c
