Amazing place! Marlene is the best, she looks out for her residents, the elevators are in working order, maintenance has been typically taken care of within 24 hours unless waiting on parts. Fun activities happen on a constant basis like games hosted by a resident, devotional music sing along, chair massages by a local massage therapist, grounds constantly kept maintained and clean. Some ladies hang out in the morning with coffee, everyone is enjoyable to be around! I just love it here! btw... Im the maintenance gal :)

Park Avenue is the best! Marlene and Kat, are both friendly and very hard workers. They keep this place, very very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They go over and beyond to help each and every one. Lots of fun, friends and fellowship!! I would recommend living here, if you want a safe and beautiful place.

We moved my mother in shortly after this property was built. Issues straight away not only with paperwork, but appliances that didn't work properly. After 1 month, 1 elevator wasn't working, and the roof was leaking. New management comes in and is more worried about looking good for the Yukon Chamber of Commerce than the tenants. A decision to move after the lease expired was decided. More than a month later still no return of deposit. This property is NOT recommended!
