Park at Walden Lake

I have lived in this complex for several years. The previous owners had issues with repairing things and keeping the units up-to-date. Since ownership changed everything about this complex has changed. Repairs are done in a timely manner. They are improving the exterior and interior of the apartments. The management team is helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I would recommend this complex to families as well as single people. The gym is very nice and the pool area is very clean.

The staff had been great! Just moved in 2 weeks ago and we love it! Apartment has been remodeled and updated! Community is quiet but lively! Alexis was great through out the whole process. I looked in September and filled my app out 2 months later and here we are!

My wife and I have lived here for about 2.5 years and went through the recent management change that occurred toward the end of 2025. I can positively say that the new team has facilitated a complete turnaround of the property, and the changes are very noticeable. Maintenance issues and response time have drastically improved from the previous company, however this is still a work in progress. I look forward to living here for the term of my lease and possibly beyond.

Danny came to the resure. My stove was not working and would not come on at all. They put an emergency call in and he was here within 10 min. He looked at the stove and solved the problem in less then a min. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. i am a very happy tenant and loved the prompt service. Thank you Danny again.

I have lived here for 3 years. With the new management (started end of summer) the last few months have been the best. You can see the effort they are putting in to making this complex feel safer, look cleaner and more inviting, and taking care of issues that residents have (things that past managements have ignored). I look forward to more time here at Parks at Walden Lake, and excited to see what great changes come next!
