Park at Legacy Trails Apartments

Those working at Park at Legacy Trails Apartments are fantastic! everyone is welcoming and very helpful. When having a maintenance issues they are fast to respond and attend to your concerns with detail. They are always making their tenants feel appreciated and valued. 10/10!

I've really enjoyed my two and a half years here. Lots of pros to this place. But every time winter ends, going outside is really difficult, do to the mosquitos. Every time I walk my dog, I get bit about five to ten times per walk. Sometimes more depending on where we walk. The problem is that they completely overwater the grass, then it puddles in areas where there isn't very much sun to let it evaporate, resulting in the whole place becoming a breeding grounds for the mosquitos.

This place has really gone off the deep end since we’ve lived here. It was nice at first and we really liked it but then we had to place 7-8 different maintenance requests within the first couple of months. Our blinds would always fall on the floor every time we wanted to open or close them. You need to install better blinds or something where they don’t fall off every two seconds. The sinks would get blocked up real fast and it’s just simple things that added up made us feel like the price we paid for this place was way too much. The last couple of months was in particular the worst. The dog poop bins were never changed and it was over a month before they finally did change it. I would take my dog over and I would get within 20 feet of it and it would smell like death. The garbage was al
