I currently live at a Keller Investments property in Flagstaff AZ (and have for the past year and a half) . The people I have spoken to that work onsite do the best they can to make residents comfortable, but there is little they can do. The building I live in has had its water shut off due to leaks over 10+ times, sometimes multiple times in one week and usually never with adequate warning (most have been less than 2 hours when I’m usually away from the apartment). I have had to drive to a gym to shower before going to work and class. Currently as I’m typing this, the water is shut off again, and due to the archaic system they have that means the heat is also shut off. It is 30 degrees outside. There have been no efforts to rectify or compensate residents for these inconveniences. Not to

North Union Apartments: They are very misleading. I was told several times by Mallory that I can move into an apartment for a month and then move over to an apartment on the north side that has a better view. She mentioned several times that they can do that. I signed the application and the manager calls me stating that I have to wait 6 months. She also stated that she told me this information before the application process which is a total lie! I told them I need a place ASAP because my family is leaving on the 1st of November. Now I want to withdraw my application and they are saying the $354 they charged me is non refundable. They know they are wrong for what they did And I am sure they get some type of bonus because she was quick to get me signed up. As soon as I signed with them the

I rent at the Park at Legacy Trails. They keep adding things to charge you for. The most recent is the common electric bill that they charge $18 per unit. That means thousands of dollars a month are going to that. That is straight-up BS. They have a clubhouse that they charge you $50 an hour which you have to rent for a maximum of three hours. The only people I ever see their are employees, and they keep the lights on all the time so am I helping pay that electric bill? Even though I'm not using it🤦‍♀️ The managers keep quitting. Now all that's left is like a twenty-year-old girl. I've lived here not even two years and they had to replace my fridge and dishwasher. Do better.

I lived in the Quail Cove Apartments...what a joke! The place is filthy and never upgrades anything. The oven/stove are literally from 1960 and so is the insulation in the building. The worst part about this place is the staff. They change managers almost every week it seems and somehow they are able to hire somebody that extremely rude and doesn't want to help tenants each time. I didn't know there were so many rude people to choose from in apartment management. Apparently, they all work for Quail Cove. Avoid this place and move somewhere else. You will regret it if you live here too because they stick it to you on the fees and move out costs.

Highly disappointing. (9/1/2020) I would not be contacting you this late on a weekday night if I did not believe that I was being willfully neglected by your property management staff. Under the Landlord-Tenant Law the landlord has an obligation to maintain the property. This includes keeping the property safe, clean, and habitable. The Office Manager lacks the professional courtesy and skillset to have a conversation on how to resolve the issues I am dealing with so now I am going to bring this to your attention. *Now that Keller at Town Square has taken over the management of this complex, I would like to update and revise my review to a 0 out of 5 stars. I am guessing that Keller Investment Properties does not even understand what is going on at this property location? If so I would a
