Park at Coulter

My husband has lived here for a few years and I recently moved up here this year. We absolutely love renting here. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and we love the open-plan design of the kitchen and living spaces. The management team is excellent, always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to give credit to Miss Kim, who works in the leasing office. I have had the pleasure of getting to know her and she brightens my day every time I see her, as well as always lending a helping hand and answering anything I need to ask her. Stefani is awesome too. The communal spaces are lovely. The gym is great, and I especially love the pool and grill area. Mike and I have been residents with Park at Coulter Apartments for seven months. My first appreciation of our complex was safety I felt when taking my little dog out for at midnight. Very quite and very well lit. The neighborhood is pleasant and beautiful. No noise pollution. No running strays and etc. Manager, office staff, maintenance, and porter are friendly and quick to respond if needed or have a problem. I would be glad to recommend to others. Thanks, Ruthy

This place is not luxurious, many drawers do not open all the way and get stuck. Paint is chipped in most cabinets, dog poop everywhere. The appliances are very old and need an upkeep. My refrigerator keeps leaking and the dishwasher is very old and hard to close. They have wasps and bugs everywhere in the walls when walking up to my apt. The paint job they just did is mid and has many paints splattering like the crew did not care to make it look good. Very disappointed.

I have requested maintenance several times (stove not working, big water leak in the dishwasher, and others) and they never come to repair. The laundry room has a terrible sewage/toilet waste smell and they are unwilling to fix it.

I love it here and my pups love it here! Best dog park I’ve had at an apartment complex. I love the thoughtful games and contests they create throughout the year to win prizes.
