If I can give it a negative star I would. Let’s start with Gina Wright (leasing manager) she extremely rude, unprofessional and they steal. Gina feel like everyone that rent from the company is beneath her. They don’t fix anything. Maintenance men feel like they can come on your apartment whenever they feel like it. I installed ADT and never had problems with them walking on again. I live in the duplex, and they are not up to date. My water heater and refrigerator with out. The told me to turn my water off and get a hotel room because it’s Friday and no one will be able to come out until Monday. I told them absolutely not, I pay rent here. The decide to remove the a/c unit in November. The didn’t replace them until July 2021. Let me not forget they go up on the rent $30 every year. When I

I wouldn't give this place a star at all. I lived here in 2014, moved out summer 2017! I see nothing has changed. They have a mice and bed bug infestation. You can't BBQ or sit on your back porch. They go up on your rent EVERY YEAR!!! Gina Wright is rude and unprofessional. She showed up at my apartment unannounced when renter's rights states you must notify your tenants first before coming to the renter's apartment. She is very disrespectful. The washers and dryers barely ever work. You spend more money drying your clothes. They will not refund you any money in the laundry room! RUN

Gina Wright, the manager, is very unprofessional. She is very ignorant and she is a liar. Make sure you hold on to your rent receipt because they will lie and say they didn't receive it. Don't use their drop box because your things will come up missing. They go up on your rent every year, but can't keep the building clean. There dryers don't dry your clothes half of the time. Their builds are infested with mice and their exterminator does a very, very poor job. I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to rent through them. Find somewhere else to live or you will regret it.

The worst experience by far. I have severe water damage to my apartment and was looking for a new one. I went and saw one of Park Apartments. I really wanted that apt. so I gave $50 down to hold the apartment. Well, that was May 19th and now it's June 8th. You mean it takes all this time to find out whether or not you have an apartment or not? Well, that God, I found a new apartment over in Hyde Park and for the price, I couldn't beat that. I was really surprise to find one at that price considering how high rent is over there. But NO ONE from this office never contacted me to say if I had the apartment or not and I knew they weren't going to call and tell me to come pick up my deposit either. That's alright, I have a brand new apartment now with no HELP from them. I tell you, so

When I first got screened for this apartment, I was very excited because this is my first apartment. I got this apartment through CHA, the moment I moved in I knew that they were unprofessional. I like Gina Wright, and I also like the office assistant..... I moved in March 1,2019. They told me that they were going to program the intercom so I can buzz my visitors in, and not walk all the way to the gate, well it’s april 4th and it’s still not programmed.... not to mention, my move in date was March 1, however I had to wait all day to get the keys to my apartment. They asked me can I wait until the very next day to move in. But I had already paid my rent and security deposit... so I told them I wanted to move in that day. The 1st.... they eventually gave me my keys later that day.... Why sh
