If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my adult life. The move-in process was anything but smooth. We were told we needed to schedule a move-in appointment, which we did. On the actual day of move-in, I received a call saying we didn’t have an appointment and couldn’t move in because only one staff member was in the office. Shortly after, the property manager called and said we could come. When we arrived, there were at least three people in the office. We were then told we had to wait 1–2 hours because the apartment hadn’t even been cleaned yet. We weren’t allowed to see our unit until after signing the lease and waiting for it to be cleaned, which should have been a major red flag. Wi

We've been living in this community since 2021, and the support from the leadership and front office team has consistently exceeded expectations. Although there have been a few changes in management and property companies over the years, the level of care and professionalism has never wavered. Recently, we were faced an unexpected situation. The lease was ending, and due to some medical needs, moving would have been extremely difficult. I shared concerns with the leadership team, and they responded with genuine empathy and swift action. They worked diligently to address the issues I raised and made it possible to renew and remain within the community—a true relief during a challenging time. Took a tour & the place looks great at the front but walking around the property, you’ll get a view of dog poop everywhere, missing bushes in the landscape & the dumpsters have piles of furniture all around them. Management seems to be more concerned with getting a warm body to rent an apartment than taking care of the complex. Some tenants porches look well maintained while others are littered with old couches & trash, definitely not hard to see while driving around. According to the slick fake smile leasing guy, you’ll be limited to AT&T internet only & CoServ for electricity, plus the buildings divide the water bill meaning the more vacant units, the higher your bill will be. The maintenance crew was the best I have ever experienced in apartment complexes, they are very friendly, fast, and work very hard to ensure your stay is comfortable and everything works correctly. The office staff always exceeds my expectations, always there to help and super nice. I don’t want to mention names on here but the lady consultant is the best, she works hard and does an excellent job.

Front office, maintenance and the unit itself, everything has been phenomenal for me. Grace was so helpful and fast to respond, maintenance tech Chris was also the same. It has been such a pleasant move in being this my first time. The Aparment is new, clean and very comfortable. I have referred people here and they also loved their move in. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you again to the staff of Park 3Eighty. 💗 Edit: AC had no heat today, called and Julio came by right away. He couldn’t have made my day any better, a very personable and empathetic man. Another win for the maintenance team! 🏅
